Dear Parents/Guardians, Teachers and Students,
As February is upon us, Chinese Lunar New Year is just around the corner! We believe our students could not wait any longer to celebrate this important festival in the following two weeks. We also would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a Happy Chinese New Year and a restful holiday! This coming Saturday (1/14) will mark our 15th week of school. Please find the topics below we would like to share with you:
Midterm Exam for Standard Chinese Class
Midterm exam will be held this Saturday (1/14) for all Standard Chinese classes. Wish our students the best of luck in the exam!
HSK Test
HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) or the Chinese Proficiency Test is an international standardized exam which tests and rates Chinese language proficiency. We are proud to announce that LHXCS will host the 2023 HSK Test on the afternoon of March 25th. Tests are available for levels 1-6. We highly recommend our students of 5th grade and above, CSL-5/6 classes to participate in the exam considering academic achievements and personal benchmarks for performance.
Exam fee for levels 1-6: $20、$30、$40、$50、$60、$70；
Exam time: afternoon on March 25th;
Deadline of registration: February 1st;

汉语水平（HSK）考试：
HSK汉语水平考试是由中国国家汉办组织，海外华文教育机构公认的标准化汉语水平考试。
为满足广大同学们参加HSK考试的愿望，经我校和汉办的继续合作，2023 HSK考试将于3月25日下午（周六）在我校举办。本校将开设1-6级考点。欢迎中文5年级以上、CSL-5/6班的同学们踊跃报名， 通过这次考试来检验学习成果。
1-6级考试的费用依次为$20、$30、$40、$50、$60、$70；
考试日期：3/25下午；
报名截止日期：2/01；
由于庆祝中国农历新年，1/21 和1/28 将停课两次。 我们将在2/4号的周六回到学校。
